Georgia Supreme Court - vaccine manufacturers CAN be sued!!

So, this is awesome. The Georgia Supreme Court has just upheld a lower courts ruling that held that the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Compensation Act (which effictively gave full imunity to vaccine manufacturers) does *not* pre-empt state law! So a family's lawsuit can go forward!

:::::: Finally :::: It makes me wonder if the Georgia Supreme Court are the only people in government not on big pharmas payroll! I'm darn proud of the lot of em!

gotta love the State's Rights issue and the theory that all federal law does NOT prempt state law!!! !!!! yeh GA!!!

I doubt that the reason behind this is a judge with balls. They just didn't get payed off YET.

But let's hope for the best!

Poor boy. The family deserves some justice. Why isn't this in all major newspapers in the US?
