Body for Life question

I feel like an idiot, but I cannot figure out how often you're supposed to change the exercises you do. He gives about six different exercises for each muscle group, and I understand that pick two to do each workout - but how often do you change those two?

I don't think it matters how often you switch up the exercises you do. When I did this program, I would do the same exercises for 2 weeks and then pick other ones. That way your body doesn't get used to the same thing and get bored and become ineffective.
How's it going with the program? ow many wks have you done so far?

I tried it for a week or two, but went back to the program in The News Rules of Lifting for Women. I like the workouts in NRoL4W a lot better, the B4L ones seemed very boring in comparison. Plus, B4L makes a big deal about how important it is to work out on an empty stomach - preferably first thing in the morning, but my opportunity to go to the gym is while the kids are in school. Not eating for three hours before working out plus the workout time was just too long for me to go without food - it was making me crazy! Plus, its no fun to work out when you're lightheaded. I don't know if its because I'm still nursing, but I just can't handle working out on an empty stomach.
