After an emergency induction and 72 hours of labor orion arrived on September 26th at 7:01 pm. He weighed 5 lbs exactly and is beautiful and perfect in every way. I am however sad and mourning the loss of the birth I dreamed of. I was not ready to not be pregnant but due to IUGR and low amniotic fluid the midwives and doctors said it was time. I am thankful and happy my little bug is here and healthy. I am also hoping I can get over the sadness I have surrounding his birth.
