this is great! good for you! i wish we had a reasonable way to pay off our debt, but it is twice our annual income

I would look into home phone options - I think you should be able to get unlimited national and local calling for less than $45 a month at least if you went with vonage or somesuch. You could cut that bill down even more if you were willing to continue not making too many calls. We have our phone through our cable bundled so I haven't done this research, I just have heard lower rates than that for unlimited before, so I'd look into it.

Go clean out your pm box, I just tried to pm you!


Dont reuse the jars you buy from the store. If you cant get canning jars, just freeze the sauces you make! You can freeze almost anything!


Also I would look up cracker recipes, they are really easy to make!



And please set aside a tiny amount to get yourself a snack too, you are pg and dont need to completely deprive yourself!

It takes some getting used to, a new budget. Don't give up. After a few months you'll find what doesn't work, and what works best and really see the results.

But I agree, I do think you should let your pregnant self indulge in a yummy snack just for you once in a while.
