What machines do you use?

I am looking at purchasing some new equipment. I know which sewing machine I'm getting, but I'd love to hear what you have and what you think of it. Finding a serger is driving me INSANE. : Please! What serger do you use and what have you used in the past, and what do you think of it? What do you recommend? This is going to be for a CD business so whatever I get has to be heavy duty and last a good amount of time.

I think it is a "Baby Lock" or maybe it is the brand that starts with an I (or maybe it is my mom's new one that she replaced it with that starts with an I). I do not remember. I have only used it for two projects, so I am still pretty new to it. It does all kinds of stuff. It as tons of feet (purchased separately) that do all kind of stitches and an embroidery arm (not sure if that was sold separately or if it came with it). It was a pretty pricey machine. I think it was about 2k a couple of years back and then she bought about 300 dollars worth of feet to go with it. It is a good machine....well atleast I assume it is, I do not have a lot of machine experience. I know it works better than the really really old singer that my g ma gave me...but of course that one needs recalibrated or something.

also the one I have is very user friendly if that matters. The one my mom has, seems to be more complicated...and more expensive.
