Exercises to move baby's head

Just came back from my mw appointment, and apparently this LO has its head tilted in just such a way that is making all the contractions I've been having pretty much do nothing. In fact my cervix is being pushed posterior and to the side. I know pelvic tilts are supposed to help get baby in the right position, what other exercises can I do to encourage this babe to move its head?

Hmm, that's a toughy. My first thought is to try knees/chest with your chest to the floor and your bum in the air. That way babe can move out of your pelvis and hopefully be in a better position when gravity moves it back in. and good luck!

what about a yoga pose like downward dog? sometimes that feels better than pelvic tilts for me -

I've read that walking on a curb (one foot up on the curb, one in the street, so that you lift up on every other step) can help reposition a baby who's got his head cocked to one side or the other. You should reverse and do it in the other direction to be sure that you've been even on both sides, I should think.

Thanks mamas! I'll be giving everything a try in earnest today once I get ds to school!
