Herbs in pregnancy?

Know of any place that is RELIABLE for me to find out what herbs and essential oils are safe in pregnancy? I was looking on the internet, but I have found so many conflicting things. Some sites said hibiscus, elderberry, red raspberry leaf, nettle, lemongrass etc isn't safe while another said they were! I don't have a naturopath I can call right now, but there has to be a book I can buy. I don't want to drink coffee anymore and I was thinking of loose leaf tea (by the way, how much caffeine does tea have in it?).

Thanks!!!

I'd try Wise Woman Herbal for the Childbearing Year or The Natural Pregnancy Book

I have the Natural Pregnancy Book and it's one of my favorites although not entirely devoted to herbs.

Susan Weed, who wrote the former book mentioned in the pp, has a web site with a lot of that information, if you don't want to get "deep" into herbs and just want to know if it is safe to drink red raspberry leaf tea during pregnancy .
