Well I knew we had problems, I could see the decay. We started brushing late with our speech delayed/borderline autistic (mostly behavioral probs and speec delay) 3 almost 4yr dd.
It's brutal to brush, doc visit, etc. Anything that is forced on her is never good... She is super strong willed and the harder we try , the worse usually~we get things done the best w/ comprise. love and patience.
Anyway~she's got major decay in two molars~bordering absess. 6 other cavities and a nerve damaged, near dead front tooth. Sound so bad...
So to make this shorter than its turning out to be~ the only way I can see this actually getting fixed is thru gen. anethesia (which of course dentist agreed, since we could barely get her to open mouth).
I feel so horrible, like this is my fault, probably is. We are a no vax, homebirthin, no doc unless totally neccesary family. and i can't imagine putting her "under". Completley freaks us out, but won't the longterm be worse?
Okay so, let me have it...from all ends of the spectrum.. Im prepared, but major stressed so go easy , it's getting late!
