Yikes. There's a reason why it's no longer used. But third world kids are "good enough" to be vaxed with something that's not good enough for kids here.

I love how organizations feel the need to help pharmaceutical companies to "survive". Just like USCIS is forcing Immigrants to make Gardasil "pay for itself" by forcing it on people, just because the Jane Does start getting the "not for our daughters" vibe here in the US and around the world. Gotta find some kind of population that will be the steady customer. So let's use those that don't have a choice. Great idea.
