Elastic neck shirt pattern or suggestions?

Does anyone know of a pattern with an elastic neckband for women and girls? I'm going to make my dds and me some shirts out of a non-stretchy fabric, but don't want the hassle of putting in buttons or zippers etc. So I thought maybe I could do a loose neckband with elastic so it would fit over the head. Any suggestions?
