When you go to your signature editing place, on the right hand column you'll see all the icons. If you click the 'more' it'll pull up a whole bunch of those and then i think you can just click the icon you want--in this case the chart.
Then, when it puts the text in your editing window, highlight that text and then click the little picture up above that has the picture of a world with a link of a chain in front of it. (It's in the big sludge of things that says fonts, sizes, B, I, U, etc)
Another box will open and you type in the link in that box. That will attach your link to the icon you just chose.
Hope that helps. I also always mix up spaces v. no spaces and all that so I always try to figure it out by the click and highlight methods.
