Bring on the pukefest

So it's 5 am and I've been up for an hour trying my best not to puke. I'm excited because with my last pregnancy I didn't have any nausea episodes because my hormones were so low and I m/c. I'm hoping this means my hormone levels are just fine with this one. : for chronic nausea

I will be 4 weeks on Tuesday. And here I was thinking I had a few weeks before I got any real big symptoms. I will take them all.

I'm actually nervous because I'm NOT sick...which I will be regretting feeling that way in a week or two when I'm bent over the toilet.

Oh, wow, that's _really_ early.

Maxwill, don't be. I have the dreaded 'pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder' or as I prefer it, PMS on steroids, and I get nausea, sometimes really bad, EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH. I've been trying for 2 years, and most of those I wasn't pregnant.

I'm 5w5d pregnant and my hormone levels are glorious. I'm ostensibly ahead of the curve, my test line is darker than the control line, etc. I have very little nausea at all, far less than usual, and no puking. I'm certain I'm fine (only because I'm getting betas, I'd be paranoid if I wasn't), and I'm sure you're fine.

I just found out I was pregnant - (I am only 11 dpo)...But I feel so ill.
The thing...I am trying puke but nothing is coming up!...My tummy hurts so much though and I feel like I could do with a good puke...you know how you feel better when you do?... But nothing! Argghh...

I also hope this is a good sign!...I had a m/c last cycle. I feel so lucky to be pregnant again! They do say you are most fertile after a miscarriage though!

(ps - I was not sick at all with DS!)

Hmm....could be that my progesterone is helping this time around too. Either way I will gladly take it.

Well I just threw up everything I managed to eat today...and let me tell you, corn flakes and tomatoes dont look so hot in the toilet.

But...

That feels SOOOOO much better!

Lets hope this doesnt become a daily thing though lol...
But maybe by some freak coincidence - I just had a bug?...(im hoping! - I felt like crap ALL day long!)...If it is because of pregnancy though, id appreciate throwing up in the morning instead so I can lead a normal day! lol

Musiclady!...It feels so good to be here! It will feel even better to stay here!!!

So...I am wondering if I just had a freak bug yesterday because I feel so much better this morning after having puked my guts up yesterday!...
But now this kinda worries me because I really want this baby to stick and hope its not a progesterone problem!!!

Please try not to get yourself too concerned about symptoms vs lack of symptoms. It is very unusual to have symptoms (besides tender breasts which is common for women post O) before 6 weeks. Even then, the quality and quantity of symptoms are diverse from woman to woman.

When I was pregnant with ds I felt non-pregnant until about 8 weeks and only really getting mild symptoms around 6.5-7 weeks. In my last pregnancy I started getting nausea the week after O. I was really sick right away, and I lost that pregnancy. This time I seem to be somewhere in between, but definitely mild enough that I am not sure if my nausea is pregnancy related or not. There is just no way to know or judge how things are going based on symptoms.

Hey ladies, Im not in your DDC (yet, Im 8dpo and waiting to test yet)
but just wanted to pop in and say have you tried Ginger? I have felt nausea in the evenings since 4dpo and I have been sucking on a crystallized ginger piece in the evening and I feel so much better. Just a suggestion. . . . .
