progesterone cream (all natural organic with nothing harmful in it - checked the ingredients! hehe)...because I am paranoid!...I dont want to mess with things too much but I am so worried that low progesterone is my 'problem' and I really really need and want this baby to stay put!!!
Cant wait till it arrives becuase just ordering it now, I cant tell you how relieved I feel knowing I have some control over things!

Did you have your progesterone levels checked? Personally, I wouldn't supplement in pregnancy without checking them first. And, just fyi, progesterone cream has a _very_ small amount of progesterone compared to the amount they prescribe if you do have a progesterone deficiency. I researched it before trying it when I was TTC.

Not criticizing, just trying to inform. I am glad you are feeling confident about your choice, and if you want to ignore me, please do so.

Your advice is always welcome nono. I am going with my gut feeling here though because if anything, it will help keep me less worried!

Thanks for the sticky vibes! Need lots of those! hehe

Because its so good, like chocolate, you just cant stop taking it ? hehe... The placenta starts making its own progesterone around 10 weeks. Its around then that I will ease up off it.
I got Natpro. For 2 reasons...it gave me the list of ingredients (which are all organic) AND I could use paypal to buy it lol.

I believe I have a progesterone problem, and over the past year I've used creams, B6, and a prescribed supplement. Judging by my luteal phase length, B6 added a day or 2, the OTC cream got me like 5 days, and the prescription 6. Of course, this is just anecdotal evidence, but my experience suggests that the OTC cream has almost as much as the prescription, or at least is almost as effective.

I'm on the cream now and haven't even had a spot.

I tried B6 this last cycle and the cycle before that and it also added a few days to my LP!..by causing me to ovulate earlier!...so two good things! hehe
