False negs- what was the latest you had one?

I'm just curious- what was the latest that you had a neg pg test when you were in fact pg.

I had a neg pg test at 16 and 18dpo (so 2 and 4 days after af was due), and then got a very faint positive on 20dpo (6 days after af was due).
(eta- I should add that this happened with ds, who is now 4yo.
Though there is a chance I'm pg now, but I won't know for another week at least...)

I'm wondering how often this happens, and if it ever happens that people get false negs even later than that.

I'm curious, too, as I have tested yesterday and today at 10dpo and 11dpo and got a -. I'm hoping that they are indeed too early and that I will still get a +.

with ds...i was a month after af was due and four neg tests til i got a positive! and when i went to the doc, they did an ultrasound and i was seven weeks prg! looks like you prob are! congrats
