Acid reflux free foods. Do they exist?

What foods, pray-thee-tell, will NOT give me heartburn/ acid reflux at this stage of pregnancy??? I am going beserk!!! Does anyone have any suggestions?

My midwife recommended eating almonds to help with the very severe heartburn I had with dd2, and for me, it *really* worked!

Wonderful! I just bought some almond butter. What a great excuse to eat it! Thanks for the suggestion!

i've had it BAD too the past week or so....off to eat some almonds RIGHT NOW!!!

Let us know if it works!
As soon as I started to feel it, I'd grab a handful and eat them and would feel relief, but I know some ppl said it didn't work for them *shrugs*

Well almond butter does not really work. It worked at first but it was more of a delayed onset. That's it girls, I'm doomed
