Does anybody know how strict Korea is at allowing a family to adopt if a family member has a history of depression (related to a less than perfect childhood and numerous losses)and is currently on meds (depression is otherwise well controlled). I understand that some of Korea's agnecies are stricter than others. ANY advice would be great. Thanks. If more details would be helpful, I can give them- I just did not want to bore anyone with too many details!
