Have you counted how many calories a day you are eating and how many you are expending? It needs to balance, you know? I think a lot of people eat way more than they realize.
I second the posters who say to axe the supplements and start exercising. Weight lifting a few days a week can really help redistribute the weight and add tone, and you can do a great program at home with a couple barbells. Aerobic exercise can be as simple as fast walking, using hills. Intervals will really burn the fat (e.g., walk 3 minutes, run 1 minute, walk 3 minutes etc).

hehe well I have 16oz of water in the am then I have my herbalife 90cal with 8oz of water....Then lunch with another 16oz of water then another shake made with water.......For my afernoon shack I have a 180 cal protein bar.........Then for dinner I will have some roast with stemed veggies and after dinner I sip on peppermint tea........
