I told my employer I would be taking maternity leave after the birth of my baby.

Now that I am trying to go back to work, I am being told that I am unable to work my same account and hours. I was told, "FMLA Leave with production work, does not necessarily guarantee the exact same shift you had."

Should I at least be able to work the same hours? I browsed through the FMLA, but didn't see information addressing this issue.

I can't work the hours he is proposing and would have to find another job.

Any help would be appreciated!
