I will probably be leaving you today...Sad update in post #25

I'm crying as I write this...

I've been spotting red blood since Sunday evening. I thought it was from doing too much, like chasing and carrying a 22-pound toddler all over BRU and Target. Unfortunately, it has not subsided. I dare say it has gotten a bit worse. However, I'm not yet having often cited cramps or the "soaking one pad an hour" symptoms so it's hard to know.

I went in to have my HCG drawn again today, I hope they will have an answer by 5pm, if not, I guess I'll know tomorrow morning. My beta was 294 on 19dpo. I'm now 25dpo so the number should be around 2,300. Anything less and I'll assume it's all over.

I'm so sad and scared. I'm scared I'm going to pass my baby, that it's going to hurt. I'm so sad to loose this pregnancy. We were so excited to welcome a new little one into our family. June was the perfect time to have a baby.

I hope I'll be coming back with good news, but I don't count on it. Take care of yourself ladies and smooch your beautiful babies this summer.

I am keeping you in my thoughts hun
I hope it is just a scare and that everything is alright.

I am sending you very good thoughts. Bleeding, even red blood, can be normal.

Wait, didn't you have some crazy bleeding in the beginning, too? And everyting was OK after that! I'll be thinking about you and hoping for some good, high numbers. Have you seen www.betabase.info? It's amazing how large the range can be for normal and healthy pregnancies so don't pin your hopes onto that one number, Ok?

Keeping everything crossed for you:

bdoody11 - Tons of I've had m/cs and they are scary to anticipate. All my fingers and toes are crossed that this is just a scare.

In case it comes to that, you should know that it doesn't always hurt and sometimes it just hurts for a little while. There is a very wide variation of normal. Do you have a midwife that can provide support over the phone or in person? Sometimes just having someone available helps. You can always PM me, too.

Keeping you in my thoughts. I had spotting on and off for 8+ weeks and all is well. It's really scary. I thought it was over several times. Hope you get some good news today.

I'm so sorry you're going through this. I will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

I'm sorry mama. I hope your little bean makes it through. You will be in my thoughts. These early weeks are so stressful.

I had massive amounts of bright red blood at 9 weeks with my twins, so I am praying your fears are wrong. I will pray for you.

Please do not feel that it is in any way your fault; you did not do anything wrong. Someone once told me when I went through this years ago, "you can't shake a good apple from the tree". If the baby doesn't make it, it is not because of something you did, it is because your baby isn't strong enough.

X'ing my fingers for you, B.

Couldn't read and not post.
Hoping all is well.

I hope everything is ok with your little one-- as PP have said, bleeding a bit doesn't necessarily spell trouble, and betas range wildly.

Nothing yet. I called the office at 5pm, but it was still pending. I should find out tomorrow morning.

I'm trying to be positive, but realistic. I'm just so tired of seeing blood when I wipe. It is so stressful.

Thanks for the good thoughts.
