Is anybody watching CBC Newsworld election coverage?

It's the weirdest thing. Five minutes after polls closed in the east newsworld started broadcasting Elizabeth May's concession speech when the feed froze. It stayed on a still shot of May for about five minutes and then switched to a still shot of the Ferocious Beast (of Maggie and the F.B.) complete with a treehouse logo on the bottom right of the screen. I wonder if they've been hacked? Beast has been on for nearly 20 minutes now and the polls close in BC in five.

OK it's back on now. But it was off for a loooong time. Very strange.

I can't take the suspense - this is too close for my comfort! Eek!

I hate that before bc's vote is even counted they are announcing a conservative government. I'm sad.

I've been watching all night, and that didn't happen here.

They pretty much announced that before the vote was counted anywhere but in the maritimes. As far as I know, the polls closed at the same time from Quebec (9:30pm EST) to BC (6:30pm PST).

I watched a tiny bit of the cbcnw coverage but it was too close for comfort and I couldn't stand it.

Me too . It makes it seem almost pointless to vote here in BC.
