Hmmm...well...I don't know how traditional it is, but I do know that SF recommends it w/the caveat that it needs to be processed at a low temp.

Radiant Life Company has the one that SF rec's. The yeast is grown on molasses instead of soy, so it's nice and high in B vitamins.

I love it, but I am becoming aware that it is probably not a TF. It is fortified with several B vitamins, in pretty huge quantities. Apparently Brewer's yeast is not fortified, which makes me more inclined to trust that as a TF. I am interested to hear what others have to say.
