Anybody else still have SPD/ pelvic problems post-partum?
I'm 2 weeks PP and still have daily pain, sometimes severe from SPD
. Still seeing my chiro, last visit (Tuesday) did help more finally. She also thinks the baby during our birth bruised my tail bone
(had some back labor off and on).
Am I alone here? I was really hoping to be one of those gals who has her baby and is nearly immediately better.. as it is sometimes I can barely walk at night, and turning over in bed (to switch sides while feeding baby) hurts sooooo bad! Daytime isn't to bad, but still am aware of pain/discomfort off an on in the day too.
