I need the name of a really great lactation consultant in NYC (West Village area) in case my sister needs one--new baby, yay! :

I know about the ilca.org website, just wanted to get the name of a highly recommended IBCLC or two who could do a house call today or tomorrow if needed.

Freda Rosenfeld is a goddess who succeeded with me where two others before her had failed. I've heard a lot of other people raving about her too. I cannot say enough good things about her. Her number is 718-469-5990. She is in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn but easy to get to by the Q and IMHO totally worth it to get it right the first time and not waste 4 months like I did.
