I will be 37 weeks on Halloween.

I wish I would have calculated my EDD by LMP, not my o date. I would be 4 days ahead of where I am. I have told my Dr's and mw and they won't change. Grr....

You think that's bad...my adjusted EDD is 2 weeks off. I should be almost 36 weeks, instead, I'm almost 34. The EDD they gave me isn't even possible with when I first got a pregnancy test, nor did we have sex any time in that period to make me only 34 weeks pregnant, but they won't listen.

Julie, I have the exact same situation. I was 37 weeks this past friday based on my LMP. But, 37 weeks tomorrow based on ovulation, which the midwife is going by, since she wants to make absolutely sure that the baby is safe (she doesnt want a premature baby born in the water just because we didnt go by my O date)

But, Im all free to move and have a waterbirth as of 12 midnight tonight!!! Yay! But, Im crossing my legs for a couple of more days until the baby is a scorpio, or at least that is my dh's plan.

Anyway, hope that baby stays put until halloween. It really is only 12 more days!!

I had the same problem when I first found out I was pregnant. They wanted to say I was due around the 22nd because I had just miscarried and hadn't had a period since. It was impossible since DH was not in the country at the time. When I told them this they said that just because he was gone doesn't mean I didn't get pregnant (implying Im cheating on him I guess). I was pissed. Luckily the doctor did an ultrasound at my first appointment and moved it up and it was moved up again in September so the date I figured we had gotten pregnant (there was only one day in Feb it could have been since DH was gone almost the entire month) was shockenly the day I got pregnant. Imagine that..

I hope that baby stays in for as long as possible! Take it easy.

I know I was extra super sleepy the last day or two before delivery with all of mine. I suppose it might be nature's way of making sure we have enough energy for delivery. I am a big fan of getting all the rest and sleep you can before hand.

Quick update...

I am at 5cm, almost completely effaced, babe is at zero station, maybe a little more. Dr. wasn't going to check me, but I had a very, very hard cx during our visit and she didn't want to send me home if I was close to giving birth.

So, I am just waiting........

Gosh, we haven't been "friendly" in a while. My mom is here, so we can't in the room I am in(right next to room my mom is sleeping in). DD is in bed with DH. Maybe the basement? DH has been working his regular job plus consulting on the side. So, he is wiped out. Of course, I don't think too many men say no to sex, no matter what.

Send your mom out with your daughter on Halloween trick or treating. Turn off the front porch light, and all the lights in the living room. And HURRY!

Wow, anyday now.. Since Halloween is tomorrow maybe you will go into labor this weekend.. You could only home right? I agree with Coyo, send your Mom and daughter rout and have some partner time with your DH.
