my journey with ppd

I haven't posted in a while about my ppd. I have been feeling a lot better. The medication has really helped clear up most of the physical symptoms of anxiety. I am still having worries and intrusive thoughts some. My dr is having me increase my meds 5 mg at a time for two weeks. I'll eventually be on 30mg of Celexa. Whenever I change meds I start to feel a little funny. I just feel kind of depressed now... It really bothers me when I feel hopeless.

I'm so glad that you are feeling better! Are you seeing a therapist? I am seeing a cognitive behavior (CBT) therapist and it is helping so much. It may be just what you need...thanks for the update?

It *is* a journey isn't it? I'm glad it's not all uphill, with the wind in your face right now. I hope your destination is near.
