I need a recipe for Labourade

I am out of town (and without my doula kit) to attend my SIL's first birth. She is planning a home water birth and I have just realized I forgot my recipes. Anyone have a good simple recipe for labourade?

What about Alacer's Emergen-C packets? They're electrolyte balanced and easy to carry/fix.

Here's a recipe from the midwife archives:

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 Tablespoons sweetener (honey preferably)
juice of 1 lemon
1 quart of water

I dont know about anyone else, but I think Laborade recipes are nasty We always recommend Knudsens Recharge, which is a natural electrolyte drink like gatorade but without the nasty stuff in it. Dont know if you can get it where your at.
