can I block this

I used http://www.lionbrand.com/cgi-bin/yar...rnPage=1419769 this to make a scarf. I did it in a basic stockinette stitch. Of course its rolling on the edges . Can I block this, is there enough wool in there>

I think you can block anything, but I don't think blocking will stop stockinette from rolling.

What do you think about picking up sts all around and making a garter border?

I agree with pp. The care instructions say no iron. And you don't want any felting...so I would wet it good, squeeze out as much water as possible without wringing, then lie flat. You may need to pin it to maintain the shape you want. But probably a round or two of single crochet or slip stitches will do just fine. Good luck.

Yep you probably need a border to keep it from rolling, at least and inch just on the top and bottom.

In case you're not familiar with "pick up and knit", here is a tutorial with good pics.
