When you can change a diaper while nursing and eating something.

When you let the kids play on the floor of the office while you work and don't bat an eye when they keep booting and rebooting your DH's computer, because at least they're busy and not doing it to your computer...this time.

When your glove compartment is full of parking tickets because you are always late to class from dropping your LO off, and so you are constantly parking in the faculty-only lots.

I am "borrowing" some of your ones to agree with.

1) You stand at your car door for 30 or 40 seconds after dropping off you LO at school and can't figure out why your key card for the daycare won't open the car.

2) On a day that you don't have to pick up your LO in the afternoon your auto pilot takes you directly to the daycare, 10 miles out of your way.

3) You reach into your briefcase to find a pen, and can only find crayons.

4) You have two completely separate wardrobes - work vs home, and you change out of work clothing AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN so you don't have to dry clean it... again

5) When you look in the rearview mirror to check on the kids, see empty carseats and start to panic until you realize you are on your way to work and not suppose to have the kids! They are perfectly safe where they are suppose to be.

6) you have every weekday completely choreographed from 5.25 a.m. to 10:15 p.m. (I kid you NOT)

7) When you are hungry for a snack in the afternoon and you go in your purse and eat that cracker.

8) When your front seat works as a locker

YES YES YES.

My favourite one is when yourself and your Beloved shop at different gorcery stores when you take turns to do the shopping!
Not becuase eAch thinks the other one is better but becaUse he needs to get it done before work at a supermarket closest to his work and you shop at the 24 hour megamart because 11pm is only time you get any time to gorcery shop and you know it'll be empty!!
But when you do shop together near home - it feels like a date!!!

You schedule your classes after your LO's bedtime so daddy has to put her to bed twice a week and you don't have to deal with it... - I don't think this is something to be guilty about tho'. Afterall i'M sure you would then share the other parenting responsibilities he has, when time is short for him.

When you nap in your car on your lunch break - YUP, I know at least two working Dad's who do this. No Mom's tho'.

But I thought I was the ONLY one to shower while nursing!!!

-When you thought DH was picking up DS and you and your DP both arrive home, sans kid
LOL! My own folks did this about 30 years ago.

One from my mother, who was a uni lecturer when we were young...

When you are driving home from giving a lecture, and you realise that the you have lactated on your pale green shirt, and you have no idea whether you just gave a lecture to 100 18 year olds with wet patches over your boobs

And from me...

When you belatedly realise the 20 year old guy sitting next to you in your third year english lit paper is having a hard time concentrating on his work as you are nursing your 6 week old

When you go back to work after baby#2 and you find yourself rocking from side to side humming 'this old man' in a business meeting

You find your self center of attention in your 12th grade Chem class when you pull out a dolly, colouring book and a pretty purple shirt with frills before you find your school books because DD thought you might need them at some point during the day.

That happened once, after that I started checking my bag before I left for school. Whole class thought it was hilarious.

When you routinely leave LO at daycare several hours after you're done with classes so you can do dishes without LO walking away with the silverware basket and/or trying to climb IN the dishwasher... or fold laundry without LO promptly unfolding all of it... or try and squeeze in more homeowrk time... or run errands...

when you know exactly at what fussy-point to put baby in chair and offer food so that she'll fall asleep in highchair. which conveniently reclines... and to think i at first scoffed at that feature.. but hey mom found it free, OK!

when you use nursing-back-to-sleep time at night to read novels so that you can stay awake to do more homework...

when you have to bounce LO to sleep you use the chair in the office in front of the computer and peruse forums because it's darker and quieter in there...

when you were better at making sure LO had food to take to daycare than making sure you had food to take to school ...
