When could/did you pick up your older child after your c/s?

My older one is about 30 lbs, I am about 5 weeks postpartum, and in this last week I have started lifting her onto my lap, and briefly picking her up for big hugs. And last night I played "flying" with her (swinging her by her arms, favorite game) for the first time since I was about 4 months along. No pain, no bleeding, so I guess we're ok.
