All you mamas out there who have experience with this, can you please point me in the direction of some good resources on gluten intolerance in babies & toddlers? trying to find some reliable info either online or books.

The best and most comprehensive site I have found is www.celiac.com
The boards for that site are : www.glutenfreeforum.com

There are a lot of sites w/ outdated info as far as what to avoid and such, this one seems not to be. There is a section on testing procedures on the forum, as well as one for kids and babies.

there is an excellent raw foods book The Sunfoods diet success system by david wolfe. not for kids, but has great information and will direct you to some great raw foods books for kids and ways to prepare food that all can eat.
