S/O wool longies with footies pattern?

Wow, are those longies with footies awsome!!! Sure wish I knew about them when DS was a baby.

Does anyone know of a pattern for these? I'd like to make some for my winter baby due in Jan.

I would probably make the rise taller by 2-3 inches, and make it maybe 1/4 inch bigger all around for the bulk of wool (there are no seam allowances on her patterns, either!).
