You have to reside in the US, I think mainly for tax reasons. Sorry!

I asked on the forum and no you do not need to actually live in the US. But you must be legally able to work there, so a SSN, a US mailing address and a US bank if you want to do direct deposit. i love in Poland and I do it form here.

Yes, that. ChaCha Guides are independent contractors, and must be "legally able to work in the US."
