I was reading on WFN's website that their coconut cream can be used to make non-dairy whipped cream. I was super excited b/c my dad can't have dairy and it'd be nice to have non-dairy, non-yucky stuff whipped cream for our gluten-free, casein-free, egg-free, cane sugar-free pumpkin something or other. Unfortunately, they'll be out of stock until well past the holidays.

I noticed that TT has a Coconut Cream Concentrate. Any idea as to whether or not this one could be used the same way?
