herbal product business...do you need a license?

Hi there, I am in Oklahoma -- and I there are no laws about herbalist programs and certification.

I recently completed a program and am going to start selling my own line of herbal products locally and online.

Do I need any kind of business license to sell the products? Insurance?

You'll probably need a business ID to buy ingredients wholesale and not pay taxes on their cost. You also need a license to collect sales tax.
