Looking for bulk foods in St. Louis (flour, gluten, etc)

We're new here and missing our co-op, especially now that the weather is getting cooler and it's baking season! I found Costco, so I was able to get yeast and high-gluten white flour there, but I'm still looking for a place to buy gluten and whole wheat flour, and stuff like flaxseed meal, wheat bran, etc. There is a Whole Foods near us, but it's so expensive there (although this coupon will help a bit, if we shop by Wednesday).

ANy ideas? TIA...

maybe find a coop? there are many here in Columbia, there've got to be some in STL.

another option is Azure Stadard, though unless you have a coop you pay ups shipping iirc. i think their site will let you find a local coop though.

I buy my bulk food at River City Nutrition in Kirkwood. Their phone is 314-822-1406. Definitely cheaper than Whole Foods!

Thanks! That sounds perfect, since we already go to the Global Foods market in Kirkwood at least once a month.
