Vaccine Inserts and Other Cited References

Sooooo it seems there is a lot of decisions made on information that can be presented for/against vaccination. Yet I'm wondering how accurate/how much things change from year to year. Saying that an industry practices x,y,z in 2004 might not be true in 2008.

How do you find the most current source of information....

Well, I think if they change the manufacturing process, it should be updated in the package insert.
