We made the decision to induce last friday. I had a funny mommy feeling something was up so my Ob brought me in on sunday evening for a cervidil placement and we started an induction Monday morning at 730. Since I was almost 4cm we elected to start with breaking my water. When we did we discovered baby Jack had massive amounts of meconium that had been there by some guesses several days.
After 1 :00 we started pitocin and I kept a good grip on labor pains till about 530 and I asked for an epidural. I had 2 before with labors but unlike my past ones this one wore off after the inital loading does and the only thing that was numb was my left thigh
I labored in every position we ( my mom &sister and I) could think of and after dealing within a pesky anterior lip for about 20 min. I managed to push out my 10lb1oz 22 3/4 in w/ 15 1/2 in head baby boy ( with my numb thigh 
I only pushed 5 times ( less than 15 min total) I pushed so hard I broke blood vessles in both my eyes and think I pulled a muscle on the left side of my belly
But my perfect baby boy is a nursing ( latch) champ! I did have to let the nicu doc have him for the first 5 minutes ( but in my room) to suction the meconium out well but no one blinked when I said no vit k, hep b, eye ointment or circ. My day nurse even removed those items from the baby cart so no one would forget!
