The Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia reopened at its new location this past weekend and there is a "Children's Hospital" inside that is full of baby dolls for the children to play with and doctors kits and whatnot. And all the male babies are intact!

I need to get down there one of these years.

Has anyone ever seen a baby doll that appeared circumcised? To be honest, I've never seen a baby doll with a penis IRL, just a couple of pics online. I thought about getting DS one of those dolls which come with a potty when he was PLing and I emailed the manufacturer to ask if the doll appeared intact or circ'd. The response I got was along the lines of "I don't understand your question. The doll has a penis and a scrotum." So either they were pretending not to know the difference, or they really didn't know the difference. Either way was pretty sad. I didn't buy the doll.

I've seen several posts on here celebrating intact-looking dolls, which is what made me think of whether or not any are actually made that appear cut.

That's awesome. :

What's not so awesome is the location. My child is going to get a very thorough eduction on oral invective if I have to deal with the Schuylkill Expressway.

How is the new building? I'm sure I'll check it out. We do, after all, put up with the horrible crosstown traffic to visit the zoo, which isn't too far away.

Awesome!! Never to early to get them started with intactivism!

Heh. I don't have to drive the Shur-kill to get there! Depending on where you live, there might be side street routes...I love me a side street route!

The new building is AMAZING. It's worth the Schuylkill to go, absolutely.

I can't say that I have. We only have one boy doll in our house and he's cloth from the waist down.

Most really anatomically correct dolls are from European designers, so intact is the norm. I had a swedish one when I was a kid back in the '70s.
