Could my niece be vaccine-affected?

I have a niece who is about to turn 2. When she was 6 weeks old, her parents noticed one side of her face was not moving. She had an MRI, was found to have a tumor right outside her brain, and had surgery at 8 weeks old
thankfully her tumor was not cancerous, and over the next year it shrunk on its own and is now gone.
one doctor thought the tumor might have been caused by the Hep B shot, but later decided it was "just a fluke."
because of her surgery, her parents delayed her vaxes, but she is now caught up.
she seems to be developmentally normal at this point, although she doesn't seem to be quite as affectionate as other two year olds. She also walks on her toes a lot (I remember reading on here that walking on toes could be a sign of a problem - I had no idea and i've always thought it was cute)
does anyone think these things could signify a mild vaccine reaction? at what point do markers of autism typically show up? i'm concerned about her continuing to get vaccines and possibly regressing.
i also have no idea how to bring this up with my sister. my mom is a nurse and is very mainstream (she just called me to tell me i need to get a flu shot because i'm 36 weeks pregnant. i told her it has mercury in it and has never been tested for safety in a developing fetus, and there was no way i would consider it. she responded that it is recommended for pregnant women to get them and so i should.) my sister also tends to be pretty mainstream and occasionally gives me a hard time for my less mainstream practices (she gave me a really hard time when she found out we are planning to cloth diaper).
we'll most likely decline all vaccines for our baby, and i'm not sure if i even want my family to know our stance on vaccines. i feel like i'd be opening "pandora's box" to bring this up, but at the same time i'm scared for my niece.

It would be impossible to answer your question, you would need to ask a doctor, and still not get the right answer. Although very unfortunate to have a brain tumor at 6 weeks. As the tumor was outside the brain located in the brain membrane it can only be benign, it doesn't develop into the brain and become cancerous. There is cell activity in the membrane and when cells divide tumor can develop. There don't have to be anything that triggers it, it can go wrong naturally.
Could the vaccine trigger it, it's possible. Brain's autoimmunity activation as cells divide on the highest could interfere.

See this link about HepB vaccine, as it explains the unnecessary vaccine:

Is recommended the same as safe? There is no words for comments like that.

The following blog has a response from a nurse. Part I and part II.
Maybe you can copy and past and send it to your sister -
