Okay. I'm hoping to offer something more positive to this forum than I've done lately. This thread is about support and accountability for our intentions.
Here's mine for today:
This morning I weighed in at 103 lbs. I will not have a day that I weigh 102. So, today I will eat 2500 calories before I can go to bed. I will do this without breaking my food restrictions.
Anyone else want to join me? What is your intention for tomorrow?
