recently some ladies here recommended the website sumptous.com, as I wanted to learn how to do squats properly. I watched some videos, and realized that I nned to reall sit back into them, and to go much lower than I had been.
Fast forward to my group fitness class today. I did about 10 min of walking yeasterday (for a test), but otherwise I had not exercise for 3 days prior. I've taken this class before, adn it's alwsys challenging, but I can do it.
Anyway, we were doing squats, so I started pracrticing my mewly learned form. After about 18 or so (less than half of teh # throughout the class), I felt like my legs were about to give out. I had to stop and just step it out. I did a few more later in teh class, but my thighs were just shaking and I could not complete a full set for teh rest of teh class.
I ate and drank "normally" today and yesterday, I do not think I was dehydrated. Teh only other difference is that I was keeping my HR higher this class, in teh 140's-160's instead 120-140, as I just learned that my AT is 171, not 140 like I thought.
Could using proper form cause them to be that fatigued that quickly? Or was it that my HR was a bit higher, prob in the 150's, so zone 2, while I was doing them.
I almost fell down teh stairs after the class, and my legs just wanted to buckle and give out. Any ideas??? TIA!
