Is tapioca starch the same as tapioca flour?

I'm going to try Kathy's carrot cake & all I could find at whole paycheck was tapioca starch. Please tell me its the same.

Same thing as far as I know! I hope they turn out good! They're really good with icing/frosting (corn-free confectioners sugar and rice milk for icing, or add palm shortening for frosting, or do the frosting with the coconut milk yogurt -- tastes like cream cheese frosting).

I'm trying both the cake & the cream cheese like frosting. I think I need a "preview" before the party so I know its edible. lol.

That's funny! All I could find at MY local Whole Foods was the tapioca flour and I was wondering if I could use it in place of tapioca starch...

Great - I'm off to get some tomorrow to make coconut milk yogurt! :

That sounds SOOOOO good right now. I'm just craving the frosting. This is day 4 with no sugar/sweeteners and I'm drooling every time I see anything sweet. This is ridiculous.
