What is your favorite soaker insert material?

I've been trying to make some pocket diapers. I've finally got some waterproof ones that don't seem to leak, but I'm wondering what everyone's favorite material for the soaker insert is? I've been trying microfiber inserts. The microfiber doesn't seem to hold very much even though it's six layers it leaks pretty bad by morning. I've noticed a lot of people use microfiber though and I was wondering if there is something else that is a favorite that I should try?

I use a MF towel wrapped around an infant or premium prefold. I can't fit two prefolds in my dipes, so instead that's what I do. I really like it b/c it's trim but also very absorbent. Most nights it's only just slightly damp instead of completely saturated, like my MF only was getting.

ehm, no idea. Just regular DSQ chinese prefolds. I think I might have gotten them from Cotton Babies, but... It was so long ago, I really don't know.

Three words: hemp, hemp, hemp. I don't know how I would cloth diaper my heavy wetter without it!!
