Daily Chat ~ October 23rd!!

Hey mommas! I noticed that there isn't a daily thread yet so I'm starting one even though the day is half way over I'm pretty sure that I'm in labor....having really strong contractions that are staying about 5 minutes apart!!! I don't want to call hubby home though and this not be it so I'm trying to occupy my mind a little bit....wish me luck mommas! I need some labor vibes over here to keep this little one moving down and out!!!!! I hope I'm not the only one today!

absolutely no action here...but I have a week to go. heh, I haven't packed a bag or gotten all the baby stuff washed or put away, so I guess that's a good thing.

AAM Had a prenatal appointment tonight and everything looks good. Baby seems to be lower but tending towards posterior. I'm about to haul the birth ball over while I spend time with DH tonight b/c it seems to encourage babe to be anterior. I'm really hoping to have a baby this weekend but right now I'm not feeling much. So I've just spent today working on being at peace with the baby's timing and remembering just how grateful I am to be carrying a baby and enjoying being with DH and the big kids

wanted to share an update.....still laboring over here. Very different from last time! Back labor is INTENSE for sure!!!! I just lost my very large, blood tinged mucous plug about an hour ago....Contractions are staying about 3-5 minutes apart and lasting about a minute......I'm having a blast with DH and DD....ate some Chinese takeout and hoping things will pick up soon. Wonder how much longer it'll be?!?!

a few ctx tonight. Nothing serious. not even anything that seems like an indication he's thinking about coming, compared to DD's which her hour or so long regular ctx. sessions had me packed a good couple weeks before she was born.

yesterday I felt like crap, nauseous with heartburn. it went away when I indulged an ice cream craving LOL

better today.
