Scheduling business time with large family

For those of you who have a large family, I would love to hear how you schedule your day. I'm trying to get some items sewn to list on my etsy shop and am finding it hard to find the time in the day to do it. Would love to visualize your day to see how I might do mine differently. Thanks.

I know that when I want to get things done I need to focus.
Even if it is just an hour. I will set the timer and work my butt off without distraction.
But *focus* is the key to getting things done.

I do my work on the computer so I don't know if it will work for you. I find that I can get in a good hour and a half of work just back taking mine to the backyard and letting them play.

I work after all the kids are in bed - whether that be writing, sewing or anything else that needs my full attention.

I use a timer, as well. Zoe is getting old enough to understand that mommy is working until the timer beeps, and then we can play. I usually do 30 minutes of work, 15 minutes of housework, and 15 minutes with the girls per hour....that is, if one of them isn't already glued to my lap or nursing while I type
