School Req. &State Laws RE: Indiana

My brother and sis in law just moved and they don't vax, but want to know what to tell the school. I don't know what to tell them to do or what the Indiana state law is regarding elementary school vaccination.

If they chose Religious exemption--it is a personal religious exemption and it needs to be written that way by the parent --no need to state religion or specifics .It needs to be updated every year.
If medical-a MD has to write it every year.
My school has its own form also.
