McCain for parental choice, Obama not ok with selective vaccines? True?

Anyone have opinions on whether or not this is reliable? I haven't heard either candidate speak about vaccines, and now that I see this, it concerns me.

it doesnt matter, vaccines are at the state level anyway. I am voting obama either way.

While I won't vote for either one of them, I do believe that Obama is less supportive of parents being able to make decisions for their children.
