I was 23 when DS was conceived and it took a month to get pregnant.

With DS, we weren't trying so that doesn't count! With this babe, I was 29 and although we got pg on our first try, that ended a week later in miscarriage. So then we proceeded to try for 6 more months. Honestly, I feel like because I was in school full time, all that time, my body said no, you aren't ready. Because literally the weekend after I graduated from school, I got pg.

I was 25 with DS, and conceived the first month. This time I was 30 and conceived the first month.

After charting to avoid for eight long years it took us about a day to conceive!

dd2 - first month - I was 30
dd3 - six months or so - I was 32

i am 30, about to have my first, and i've never been pregnant before. i met my DH and we weren't "careful" with the birth control earlier this year and i got pregnant one of the first times we had sex. i must be fertile

#1 at age 26 - first try
#2 at age 29 - first try was a chemical pregnancy, second try was successful
#3 at age 31 - 4 months, but I suspect I wasn't ovulating, as I had a really painful ovulation when I did get preg, and it felt like my body was ovulating for the first time... had very wonky cycles before that and used Vitex to regulate my hormones... it worked!

First pregnancy, 31 got pg 1st try, so 1 month.
Second pregnancy 32, 3rd cycle/3 months.

DS took 2 months of "not-trying" trying (i.e., just DTD a lot) and I was 28 at the time I conceived. This pregnancy was not planned and the result of DTD just once, and I'm 30 now.

I was 28 when we conceived our dd and it happened the first try. I'm now 31 and it happened again on the first try. I told my dh he has Super Sperm!!

We started TTC when I was 27 and it took us 14 months (so, I was 28 when we conceived; will be 29 when the baby is born). My mom took about a year when she was 26 and TTC me, and the same amount of time when she was 33 and TTC my sister.

I'm 22, 23 by the time baby arrives. It took us about 3 months...but I should probably point out that while we were TTC we have some problems in our sex life (pain issues for me) so we didn't DTD nearly as much as a normal couple. I should probably consider myself EXTREMELY lucky that it only took a mere 3 months.

I think my Grandmother took 12 years...but I'm not sure how old she was.

#2 at age 23--wasn't trying--surprise!
ttc #3 for several years and couldn't get pg. Gave up and was happy with family size.

#3 at age 34--wasn't trying--surprise!
#4 at age 36--second month of trying
#5 at age 37--first month of trying

To this day we have NO IDEA why so many years went by and I was unable to conceive #3. We believe it was simply God's timing.

I am pregnant with my first and it happened the first month we tried. We charted to avoid for two years before that.

1 yr = 27 yrs old

But I also had an IUD taken out, and was (and am) still nursing. In fact, it took exactly a year from the time the IUD came out! My method was NFP (tracking ovulation cycle/fluids, etc)
