Peditrician In Northwest Phoenix?

I am planning a homebirth and will be delaying/selective vax'ing and would like to find a peditrician that is okay with these choices. I've seen several recommendations for Dr Rajeev Agarwal, but he's quite far to the east (I live in Surprise). Are there any others around?

Dr. Serbin is good. l've gone to him since my DS was born. He's located near I-17 and Greenway Rd.
