I cannot use earplugs. They just won't stay in my ears. I've recently tried the clip ear phones and can't get those to stay on either. Regular headphones won't even stay up on my head. What else can I use? Has anyone tried the earphones that wrap around the back of your head? I'd like something that I can wear while jogging or cycling.

My dh had to get me replacement ear buds AND the silicone part that goes into your ear. mine have to be much smaller in circumference and fit into my ear. I think teh silicone thingies are skull candy brand. The ones that cam ewith my MP3 were hard and big, almost the size of a dime. They hurt my head and neck (if that makes sense) when I woudl wear them for more than 10 min.
These skul candy are "smushy", and they are a little bit bigger than a pencil eraser. HTH

I had some ear buds that had little silicone hook things that hooked over your ear to keep them in place. Sort of like these:
